I was in a home today where an inspection turned up bare electrical wires in the attic of the home.

Rats had chewed all the insulation off the wiring and there was a huge fire danger present.

Without an inspection, the buyer would have paid dearly sometime down the road.

If you have some furniture in the house, a staging company can add more pieces and help you to redecorate. In these times a staging company can help speed up a sale. I think it is a good time if you are up-size, the opposite of down sizing. Sell your smaller house and moving up to a higher price range house will allow you to reap the benefits of the recent downturn in real estate prices. Hope that helps. Kirby</description>
