It is due time that I add a new Real Estate Sales Representative to my team to better serve my clients.
So without further adieu, I want to officially introduce Marvin Yeung, the newest member of my sales team, who will be joining me in January 2010. He is intelligent and hardworking and I am proud to be working with him. Once he is setup, I will have him write his own bio on the blog.
What does this mean to my clients? This means that my clients will have another set of hands serving them with no additional costs. My capabilities have increased to serve a greater number of clients while also giving each one the attention they need.

We do not list your home under market value for the quick sale (quick commission). We spend the time to educate you on the market prices in your area so you can make an educated decision on your own listing price. Educating our clients is a large part of our philosophy here.
We do not skip over the fine print. The contract is the most important element in a real estate transaction and we explain every word in the contract. Even though the contract is standard, we like to ensure that our clients understand before signing. My advice is to never sign anything you have not read.
